Mike and his team were great. Came over assed the situation, decided to re-level our home, then gave me a very reasonable price. We then got it scheduled and they were a little early which was perfect. They were quick and courteous. As quiet as could be and just very professional. Would definitely recommend

So at 10 am August 6th - this Ameritech Homes Inc. truck driver decided to go the wrong way into our community mail box area here at Fairways Country Club Orlando - he parked after almost hitting me to use our clubhouse bathroom - since when can’t truck driver read? Or is it that Ameritech Homes, Inc. hires people who can’t read or read in English??? 2 huge signs saying “do not enter” is not rocket science and it’s dangerous to have such a large truck in an area reserved for people checking mail and most are in golf carts! So glad I was in a car or he would have killed me!!! So sick of businesses thinking they can treat residents like trash - I confronted him and he wouldn’t saw a word or apologize for almost hitting me aka losers!!!! —— Update! The owner of this company just left my house

Mike always answers his phone and is very responsive. He has great communication and is very knowledgeable. I called on Thursday to repair tie downs, and the job was completed by Sunday. I will recommend Mike to everyone!

Highly recommended!! We had a modular home placed on a very challenging site. This company helped us through all the permits, inspections and glitches. We never felt alone. They immediately answered all my calls and helped us through unforeseen circumstances. They went above and beyond what we contracted for. The owners, office staff and direct employees were skilled, professional and personable. That goes for their lineup of subcontractors also. We would use this company again without hesitation.

Also you cross braced everything and made our home more stable and secure. Your crew showed up promptly. Everyone knew their job and it was all done quick and professionally. All your crew was courteous. We will highly recommend you on our neighborhood website and our club. We were more than extremely happy!!! That is generally not the case with hiring companies nowadays.
