Amici Development demonstrated poor communication and a complete unwillingness to take responsibility for their mistakes. They are a hostile company with no customer service skills. Despite being contracted to complete removal of popcorn and painting ceiling and rooms on our new home, they left our home in unacceptable condition—painting over areas that should not have been touched, including floors, lights, faucets, windows, doors, baseboards, cabinets, and heating vents. When we pointed out the areas they had clearly messed up, they refused to take responsibility and instead claimed, “Oh, it was like this.” Dan, the owner, was often very unprofessional and had no problem yelling. He even accused us of violating his contract simply because we had another contractor come in for a quote on

We originally had our stairs and porch done by another contractor who used the wrong materials, and within a few months things started falling apart. We called Amici, and from the very first visit Dan (the owner) was prompt, honest, and really took his time explaining what actually needed to be done. He immediately identified that the previous contractor had used interior wood outside and told us he could get the proper tongue-and-groove boards for the porch, something we were previously told “wasn’t available.” He gave us a fair quote, scheduled the work quickly, and made sure it was done the right way. Don't even think about it. Call Dan at Amici MGT. They expertly prepped and stained the exterior of my 3300 sq. ft. home with attention to detail as if it was their own. An excellent crew of hardworking artisans who seriously care about the quality of their work. The job site was left neat, clean and orderly at the end of every workday and in the end my home looks simply spectacular. I give Amici MGT my highest recommendation. Thank you so much guys!

Amici recently painted the interior of our home as well as replaced carpeting in one room. For the most part, the job was very well done and completed in the specified time frame. We are very happy with the painting in our common areas as well as the bedrooms. However, the bathrooms were very poorly done. I am finding paint splatter on our tiles, as well as on the wood trim and doors throughout our bathrooms. It seems as though since these weren’t larger areas they didn’t bother to put down drop cloths or be precise around the trim. Other than that, we were pleased with Amici. Communication was great and very professional.
