Aqua Pool & Patio

We contracted Aqua Pool & Patio in July of 2024 and construction ended August 2024. From consultation, design, construction and education on pool maintenance Aqua Pool & Patio is top notch. Consultation and design was with in depth, providing many options and combing over every detail. Construction was timely, efficient and courteous. The maintenance staff and on-call employees have always been polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Aqua Pool & Patio for anyone wanting a concrete/plaster pool.

We bought a home that had a pool that Aqua Pool had installed and maintained over the years. The pool was built in 1979, and re-finished about 3 years ago. It looks like a brand new pool. We have had a great experience with the Aqua Pool team since taking over the pool, including installing a custom cover. They maintained the pool for the last 40 years, we'll be using them for the next 40!

UPDATE 2025: SEVEN CRACKS spanning the entire width of the gunite shell that they jackhammered down to the rebar- damaging some of the rebar as well. They never informed me of the cracks. I was awoken by jackhammering at 7 am on a Saturday morning by a team from Tri-State who informed me that they were called in to patch the brand new gunite shell with *quick concrete* until I stopped them. The project manager, Greg, HAD NO IDEA THEY WERE AT MY HOUSE. He has been extremely disorganized from the beginning, condescending, argumentative, and has unapologetically poor communication skills. He argued that they weren’t at my house- then argued that they would NEVER use concrete, until I put a member from Tri-State on the phone. June 7th 2024 a structural engineer “inspected” the pool. Aqua Pool & Patio finished our pool in early August, ahead of schedule. Every step of the process was an absolute pleasure! From the initial consultation (where we had NO idea what we even wanted) through the design and planning, permitting, excavation, build, and now at the end of the season, the close. This isn't a pool. This is art. We are amazed with how beautiful our backyard came out. The staff are clearly on top of their game, and everyone knows their stuff. At every stage we felt confident and relieved that we were in good hands. If we could give ten stars, we would! The team at Aquapool built a beautiful pool at my home more than 10 years ago, and they have been my choice for service ever since. They are professional, helpful, and prompt. It's important when you think about building a pool you realize that it's going to require care an maintenance. It's going to cost money to maintain. For us, it's totally worth it, and having a pool has been a game changer in our lives. Aqua Pool opens it in April! and closes it in October and I especially love using it in the late spring and early fall. If you have a pool, you will need a trusted company to help you, it takes expertise. Things are going to go wrong, pools have to be opened and closed and serviced and if you don't have a partner I would expect you are going to have a lot of headac
