Ampco System Parking

This garage should be illegal. There's one exit, and the machine at the exit won't accept payment. So people have to get out of their cars and walk to the payment kiosk while blocking all traffic. I'm writing the from my car while waiting in line to leave. I've been here for over 45 minutes without moving and I'm only on the second floor. It's a matter of time before someone has a medical emergency and dies in this place.

Paid 5 bucks to park driving in, not bad price. On the way out I was stopped by a so called security personnel, told me if I didn't have my ticket I had to pay again! I said you can pound salt if I don't have it but it was still in my pocket. Don't you think the first teller should have said that I can be charged if I don't have a ticket when I leave!
