Patrick was punctual, professional, and very thorough while inspecting and servicing the system. Best service you could hope for. John was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. My AC went out and I called in the evening and scheduled the sevice for the very next morning. My they replaced the blower motor that same day. Great service!

She was very thorough and her professional for working for this company is amazing. Every step as she was doing the maintenance on our outside unit she documented her work and explained what she was doing. Whoever gets her will be satisfied with her work performance as well as her positive work ethic.

UPDATE: they still won’t make it right after talking to them If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is the definition of unprofessional and dishonest. The technician repeatedly left my house without explanation, failed to communicate, and kept rescheduling instead of simply finishing the job. When they finally touched my unit, they installed a so-called “universal” part that didn’t even belong in my system. That sloppy install caused the housing unit to sit incorrectly, leaving the blower motor hanging and preventing the fan from turning on. In other words, they didn’t just fail to fix my AC — they actually made it worse. Now, instead of standing behind their work, the company is refusing to cover their mistake. On top of that, they’re trying to charge me for parts I already
