Very good install, but installed the wrong color counter tops! Staff is pushy and difficult to work with. They cut the countertops without my permission. I wanted to finalize details and verify dimensions before cutting. They told me they already cut the counter tops, so I was rushing along trying to catch up. I wasn’t present for the install and found they installed the wrong color (white). Apparently when they built the quote - they just threw in white to give me a rough number which would be fine as long as I have a chance to specify what I actually want. They were very pushy and to have me sign their contract to get me scheduled. I assumed by signing a contract and paying a deposit - I was simply getting on their schedule. They were excellent to work with and understanding of our needs and budget. The whole process went pretty smoothly and we love our new countertops. A big plus for the suggestion of adding a curve to the peninsula. So many people have commented how nice that looks and complements the layout of our floorplan.

From start to finish this business is professional, thorough, and to the point when it comes to selling a good product. The process was seamless and between the two offices in Anderson and Greenwood we managed to get exactly what we needed in our kitchen.Thanks to Carlos and his team for doing a spot-on install.

Met with Natalie in September and with her expert help picked the granite top for our 40 year old log cabin. She introduced us to Ivan. Ivan is the artist the created our countertop out of a slab of stone. Ivan stayed in communication with us throughout the 5 week process. Was it seamless? No. During the initial install a piece broke. 5 stars because Ivan found another slab that matched and cut the new piece. Ivan came out to the reinstall and oversaw the installation. You judge a company by how they deal with a problem

Had a great experience with this granite company. They have plenty of options to choose from. Different price ranges so everyone can find their niche. Staff were very professional, made us feel welcomed. Highly recommend, they do their job very well! Thank you 😊
