CUSTOMER BEWARE! CALL UP ACTIVE HEATING INSTEAD, THEY ARE FAR BETTER! Andor is untrustworthy, they lied about the warranty on my tankless heater/boiler system which cost me thousands over many visits last year. They are 'parts changers' playing guessing games until they get lucky. They never told me they no longer had anyone certified on the system and 'worked' on it anyways. They caused a flood in my home after not installing a part correctly. When I asked them for the service history on the unit they had to go to four different locations in the store to find everything and still could not get it all in order. I am friends with a previous employee from Andor and he told me to never call them again. They talked down to me when I asked basic questions about the unit. Stay away from Andor, C

I WOULD NOT recommend Andor! The lady at the front is very rude and she can’t keep her story’s straight ! If you have any work from them done and it comes with warranty you better make sure you have all the warranty papers with a copy of the expiration date of the warranty! Was told I have warranty on a boiler and then when I called a few weeks later asking for a tech to come out she then told me my warranty had expired in 2023!!! Nobody in this office is on the same page unfortunately.

Avoid, Had them over to look at a leak, they diagnosed it as a leaking sewer pipe with their eyes, touched nothing. Gave me a quote to tear out a wall and other things to fix it. Ended up having nothing to do with a sewer pipe but rather a broken main which continued to flow as I'm seeking a fix for a non existent problem that they diagnosed incorrectly. Emailed them for a refund which I never recieved a reply. No refund, apologies or anything. Glad I still have my wall.

I have gone through them a few times for a few repairs in HVAC/Furnace. Always friendly and professional to deal with. They try to squeeze you in the best they can, even during their busiest times.

We had a great experience with this company. The first guy came out to give us a quote. He was friendly and quick to get the quote to us. We then had to give a deposit for the project. I stopped into the office and they were very nice and even spoke with my 6 year old about cookies to keep him entertained. During the project the install the gentleman noticed our furnace misfiring and informed me about it. He told me what the issue was, what part was needed and asked if we wanted him to do it while he was there running the gas line for a new stove. I really appreciate the work they did and their attention to treating their customer like a friend.
