OH MY WORD! Absolutely love my new flooring! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, above and beyond! Highly recommend this business to do your flooring needs! Rob and his wife and son are a hard working team! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!
This review is not for work done, as we waited over 3 weeks for a quote and never received it. I spoke with Rob 3 times and the first two he didn't even remember who we were. I called Rob today and he did apologize as he said they are low on help, both in the field and the office.
Not sure about the quality of their work but the behavior of aggressive and unsafe driving with company logos all over their trailer is enough for me to not ever consider them as a business. I’d give zero stars on driving and professionalism if it was possible
Great local flooring store with a wide variety of flooring! Highly recommend stopping by and talking with Don.
