Brent is the Stihl and chainsaw expert at the Andover Attwoods, and my recent experience with him was exceptional. I originally stopped in just to casually browse chainsaws, but Brent immediately greeted me with a friendly smile and spent nearly an hour patiently answering my questions. His knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to help were impressive. I didn’t purchase a new carving saw because it was on sale or because I felt pressured — I bought it because of the level of expertise and genuine service Brent provided. Brent brought back the feeling of the old hometown hardware stores, where you could walk in and get real advice from someone who truly knows their craft. Bought 2 Baumek industrial shelving units. Very heavy build and work great in shop. Reasonably priced also. Only down side is store don't give veterans discount.

First time in store and I enjoyed my shopping they had what I needed

Found the funnel I needed for my big truck after searching 3 other stores. Update: I went back for tubing that fit right on the funnel. I also got saltwater taffy 👀
