He is very knowledgeable and his report was thorough not only in reporting the findings but also why the subject was important and offering options to resolve any issues. He provided a list of vendors that could address our issues. He was prompt, courteous and communicated very well. He was available to discuss our questions and concerns even after the inspection was completed. We were very happy with his work and would highly recommend him.
