Andrew's Lawn and Snow

My snow is always cleared promptly and my neighbors have commented on what a good job they do. I appreciate that they will clear my sidewalks in addition to my driveway, and that they send notifications to let you know when they expect to begin work after each storm. I have contracted with them for snow removal for several years and am very satisfied with the quality of their work.

This is the first year I've tried hiring out my snow removal and it definitely won't be the last! Andrew's Lawn and Snow has been fantastic! They are out in a very timely manner and do a great job! I've seen them out there in the dark with headlamps clearing the snow! After seeing the job they do on my walks, my next-door neighbors asked for their contact info to arrange theirs, too!

Hired this company for snow removal. Unfortunately, the service has been very poor. The team barely cleared a narrow path—more of a goat trail than proper snow removal. After the first snowfall, I emailed them photos with clear markups showing what was expected and asked them to do better. I never received a response. After the next snowfall, the exact same thing happened. I sent another email with photos and again received no reply. Lack of communication, high price tag, and inconsistent service make this company difficult to recommend.

I'm just into my first year with Andrews Lawn and Snow for their snow removal services...and so far I couldn't be happier. The crews are efficient and timely...often here before dawn. I appreciate the updates regarding whether trigger depths have/have not been reached, and the option to upgrade to a lesser trigger. So far, they're everything they promised to be...

This has been a very disappointing experience with a snow removal service of us. We hired them for both our business office and home. They either showed up late (which prompted us to so a first round of shovel) or did not clear the snow to the pavement or the whole width of the sidewalks. They have different crew members show up in the middle of night in a residential area, which feels very odd. I will raise my complaint to the city and state. Aweful
