This was my third cleaning with this company and I have to say I’m not very impressed. They completely missed one of my mirrors and I found multiple pieces of fuzz/ debris on my carpet after they left. They are quick and kind but I feel like they don’t really make much of a difference. I don’t come home and have that “clean home” feel.

They consistently do a fantastic job, and I’m especially grateful that I’ve had the same team cleaning my home for years. Their professionalism, quality, and consistency are the main reasons I’ve continued using Annie’s Cleaning Services since June 2022. Unfortunately, my concerns are with the back office and administrative side of the business. First, rates have continued to increase, and when I inquired about the customer loyalty program, I was told it was not retroactive and that I would need five consecutive cleanings to qualify for a free service — despite being a loyal client for more than 3½ years.
