Angleton Air & Heat Services

Friday afternoon I got a call by Roy with Angleton Air & Heat Services inquiring whether I had a/c problems. I said that is an understatement. I told him we used to have a company, which I would not want to mention just because I do not even remember their name. I will post later. The supervisor is called Ivy, she is a salesman, who has broken ETA and promises. You see we have a baby born and period between the time we invited a tech to diagnose to the time we fixed it and the dates, it took more than a week. The thing Ivy had done and failed to do and that was the only good thing was the fact that one of the techs had brought over a unit of windows past midnight and GOD had sent him. That ended up breaking down. Ivy was never there to make replacement or even answer my call !On with Roy a

Gave them a time, ordered them to be there at 9 am and they showed up at the right time and did not waste my time and attacked right to the point. Rare approach nowadays.

Wayne is very honest and does a complete job without any loose ends. His rates are very reasonable. I will only use him going forward. He took several hours to replace a coil and other various parts. Refilled unit and checked pressures for over 45 minutes to insure the unit had balanced pressure before leaving. This was not wasted time, but complete job well done!!!! Thank you Wayne!!!

I totally trust in his work and his honesty. He s a strait shooter. No games. I've used others and it was one call after another and another! Hundreds of dollars later He is dependable and so is his work.
