I had a hole in my roof from a tree falling during Beryl. I wanted to use a local company and noticed Perez Roofing & Construction had many positive reviews. They provided great craftsmanship, quick scheduling and turnaround time, and were patient with me as I went through this process for my first time. I'll be back, but hoping not too soon (squints at the Gulf of Mexico)!

Me. Perez came out to my house and was quick, precise, friendly and most importantly professional. After which I spent mostly communicating with Mrs. Lupe in the office over the phone through the whole process. She was so kind and considerate through the whole process and always going out of her way to help me along the way. The fact that she sent an email of my color options for my shingles said a lot to me. The guys came out yesterday to start on my roof and we’re done by the end of the day. I not onced had any issues with them sitting around… they were all hard workers and that says a lot about Perez Roofing and how they run business. I’m in the process of having new siding installed on my house soon and after dealing with Perez Roofing… I’ll definitely be using them from here on out. I

Perez Roofing was effiecient and professional. There service was top notch. They was able to provide a quote for my roof after Beryl landfall, schedule a start date, and complete the work in between a break in rain.
