Purchasing a newly built home, sometimes we are unaware of how our home systems properly work, even with the instruction manuel in hand. Ours was the HVAC gas heating furnace up in the attic. We’ve been using Davis AC for almost two years now and are marvelled at not just the quality of service and expertise, but the pleasantry of their representatives. The first gentleman that worked on our AC unit over a year and a half ago was so spectacular, I asked if we could specifically work with him going forward. While he agreed, he also assured us that everyone else (all of his coworkers) shared in the same enthusiasm and professionalism. About 3-4 regularly scheduled services later, I’m truly convinced that he was right. Every person that has come to service our unit, as well as those on the phone calls (office staff), has demonstrated that we made the right decision. From the moment he arrived to fix my air conditioning unit, he was professional, courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue in simple terms, worked efficiently, and had everything up and running in no time. What really stood out was his attention to detail and the pride he takes in his work—he didn’t just do a quick fix, he made sure everything was running optimally before he left. On top of that, he was respectful of my home and left the area cleaner than when he arrived. This is the BEST company. They are like family. Always on time, excellent service, courteous and polite. They must treat their employees great because they don't have the turnovers that others do. Davis AC & Heating Co. provided a superb assist! ~ Every team member, across the board, was friendly, professional, and efficient! Gorka, the technician, worked with integrity and pointed out the leak in our evaporator coil. Our salesperson, Mr. Bowman, got us on schedule for a timely replacement and sent a floor cooling system to keep us comfortable during the extreme summer heat at no extra charge! The installers arrived on time and worked efficiently, demonstrating excellent teamwork to complete the job.
