Symon runs a specialty contracting firm, and helped us very quickly resolve a difficult, complicated, and dangerous situation with our water supply. He replied to our inquiry very quickly, he met us at our property within a couple hours, and after doing some exploration he suggested a set of solutions to diagnose and resolve the issues. Within 24 hours his team was at work executing a temporary replacement for our water main, while also working to assure the replacement process would not just eliminate the leaks in the system, but also eliminate the impact on our related electrical / internet utilities that were being impacted. He designed the temporary fix in a way that it allowed us to execute all the leak detection testing, isolating testing so we could safely bring water back online
