Kona Pool Area

The pools at this hotel are very clean, and fresh towels are always available, which is a big plus. Unfortunately, everything else around the pool experience gets overshadowed by poor management. I want to be clear—many of the staff and crew work hard and provide excellent service, and I respect that. But when management fails to support them or handle guest needs properly, it shows. The result is that even though the facilities are in great condition, the guest experience suffers because of how situations are managed. A clean pool alone doesn’t make up for the lack of organization, communication, and overall customer care.

One of the resorts that have an ADULT POOL, we loved it I do need to add that this pool and the other one on Ocean Tower DID NOT HAVE ANY UMBRELLAS. Really a very bad thing that effected the usage of the pools

Great pool some of it under renovation. It is obvious this place like some many others post COVID are hurting for staff. The service has been extremely slow and disappointing for the cost of our cabana rental. Debated making it 3 stars based on service but you can walk to a bar or restaurant on your own

Really enjoyed the pool. Only negative is that there is very little service poolside. You effectively need to go to the bar.
