Anselone Flooring

I loved working with Anselone Flooring from the minute I sat down with them to figure out that type of flooring was best for me right through to finishing the installation. Everybody was friendly and helpful. I had 4 rooms with carpet and they installed engineered flooring which they did in 1/2 a day. The rooms look great and I couldn’t be more pleased

Great carpet looks awesome! They had a great price as well for it. The installers were nice funny, very professional, and even vacuumed up after themselves! Would definitely recommend them and would use them again. Great experience so so happy!!

My husband and I just had Anselone Flooring in Mansfield do some Armstrong flooring in three rooms, and we are thrilled with the results. The women in the showroom, Andrea, Donna, Gina and Paula, were so helpful with choosing the right product and answering all of our many questions. They made the whole process enjoyable. The workmen who did the installation, Mitch and his assistant Marc, did yeoman's work removing the old tiling and making sure the new flooring looked perfect. If you are thinking of hiring this company, don't hesitate.

They cost twice as much as Home Depot. I could not get anywhere with HD, they were always out of samples etc. So I chose to use a local, family-owned business. The installers were very busy so I had to wait 2-3 months for it to be scheduled. The floor looks OK, but my walls were trashed with dings, adhesive and dirty handprints from the installers. I emailed photos of the damage to them and never got a reply. I asked when I went is to pay the balance and pick up the keys for care instructions and they said they would email them to me. I never got them. Then we noticed we are getting black marks all over the floors. I called and left a message and asked if someone could call me back and give care insrucitons for the floor. No one ever called back. They completely ignore you after y

I have worked with Anselone flooring multiple times and I can honestly say they are they best. This is a family run business that offers you excellent advice on what to buy and why, the best pricing (and believe me I compared prices) and amazing services. Do your due diligence and then use this company. They are the best.
