We can’t recommend these guys enough and we would work with them on all future projects. The crew (especially Eric, Beto, and Gerson) were incredible to work with on a ~100yr old bathroom renovation. They were: professional, punctual, skillful, good communicators, accommodating of many requests, applied a high attention to detail, and kind and attentive to our unique circumstances. They went above and beyond for us. Ultimately they finished on time (or a little early), work quality was at a high standard, and they kept costs within an expected budget. What a great company. We had pretty serious water damage from a leak and we needed lots of repairs after the dry out: new hardwood floors, kitchen, and drywall. We took the opportunity to make a number of other improvements to the house including a new bathroom, closets, painting. The Ant crew were all great to work with: very knowledgeable and conscientious. Lots of great suggestions about what we needed and what we didn’t. Everything they touched, they transformed into something much nicer than we had before. And they did it on time and on budget.

We recently renovated our large primary bathroom. We received several bids for the project and decided to go with Shy Nair, Ant Builders, who submitted a reasonably-priced proposal. It was the BEST decision we could have made. Shy and her team are consummate professionals. They are talented, incredibly hard-working perfectionists. We could have set our alarm clocks to their arrival every day at 8:00 am without fail--rain or shine. She has a longstanding team, and their mutual respect is evident. They did a spectacular job on tiling, plumbing, electrical, and painting. Our first experience with Ant was in 2022. Now our second successful large-scale project is almost done and I'm wishing I had more money to keep hiring them! They've done our kitchen, bathrooms, sunroom and basement, just to name a few. We've been extremely pleased overall and can't say enough good things about their work, work ethic, knowledge, skills... everything! They're all wonderful!

Shy and Ant Builders carried out extensive renovation work in our home ten years ago now and we continue to be in touch and to recommend her and her team. She is on hand to supervise and demonstrate if required.
