Mason is so talented. He worked on four different projects for me. Each presented different challenges and were different woods and varying ages. He's enthusiastic about each project and his work is meticulous. He is a true craftsman. So happy to have found him.

Mason is the man! I've been in possession of a dresser for more than 20 years that first came into my family back in 1923. The piece is well constructed, but the finish had deteriorated by the time it came to me to the point that it betrayed its beauty and craftsmanship. In the small town we lived in at the time I could find nobody who did restorations of antiques. There were people who could refinish it, but not restore it. I didn't want that. When we moved to Lexington I looked into antiques restoration online. Mason was near the top of my search list. I began reading his reviews and knew I'd found my guy. He impressed me with his knowledgeable assessment of our heirloom and outlined his plan for restoration. In 2 weeks the piece was returned and so beautifully restored to its origina

It is always refreshing and exciting to see a true work of art and that is what happened with our 100 plus year old dresser! Mason has brought it up to date with obvious loving care. He is respectful of an items original and basic nature which in this case is red oak. I actually gasped when I first caught a glimpse of his efforts on this chest. You will love his work. Mason took a mid century chair that the wooden frame seat support was completely broken and I thought was beyond repair and worked his magic. It is barely visible now. Not only that but he reinforced everything to prevent it from happening again. Very glad I found him. He's more than a craftsman. He takes his craft to the artist level.
