Jay Varner was very helpful to get our repairs processed. Very friendly and easy to do business with. Went above and beyond by making sure he checks in and get our claims processed properly. He's been thorough with his inspections, been able to explain what needs to be done, and provided options that best fits my needs. Excellent customer service (Ben) was on top of his job throughout including on day one when he showed up at door asking if he could check our home for previous night's hail damage. Felt totally comfortable talking with Ben throughout the process. Claim filed with insurance, roofers were on job as promised (730am) roof stripped and replaced by 4pm. Damaged siding was replaced in short order and complete gutter/downspouts replaced. Total job was excellent workmanship. I'd highly recommend TRI-STAR . Can't say enough good things about Ben Griffin, he's young but very knowledgeable

We had a monster hail storm come through Owensboro, KY in mid March of 2025. I had a friend who referred me to Tri-Star Roofing & Renovations. I did my due diligence and found they had an A+ rating with the BBB and a friend in the insurance industry said they did excellent work. Eric, John and their crews did not disappoint. They handled everything from my roof, gutters, and siding as well as dealing with my insurance company which can be exhausting if you don’t know what you’re doing. Eric kept me informed regularly throughout the process of getting my home back to normal. They were friendly, hard working, and professional. Hopefully nothing like this ever happens again, but if it did, Tri-Star would be my first and only call. A++
