After a flood, I had to rebuild the first floor of my townhouse. When I began shopping for flooring I stopped by ProSource to learn about their products & services - and so glad I did! Sarah was super helpful & patient while I borrowed floor samples & learned about floors. I did a lot of comparison shopping for floor brands & prices but no one could beat Sarah‘s service & their prices. Weeks later it was time to tackle kitchen cabinets & Sarah introduced me to ProSource’s cabinet expert Michael. He was knowledgeable about cabinet brands, kitchen design, & made sure to have the cabinet measurements double & triple checked to avoid problems after the cabinets were delivered. I had a great experience with Pro source. Chess and Mike were so knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated the appointment process which allowed me their undivided attention. Mike was able to create the kitchen cabinet layout from my measurements and gave me ideas on improvements. Great selections and a great place!

I'm in the middle of a fairly large remodeling project that includes the kitchen. I have spent quite a bit of time with Michael Pulinko designing the layout and choosing the cabinets. This process has gone really well. Communication was easy and I always (I do mean always) got a quick response. He went out to my job site several times during the demolition to ensure that the measurements we were working with were accurate since walls will be moved. He also was able to get me in under the wire for a promotion on the cabinets that saved me quite a bit of money! Saving money on a project - especially a significant amount - is a rare occurrence! ProSource has quality products and quality people, who take as much time as necessary to help you buy. I’ve frequently worked with Chess, my account manager, and their kitchen designer, Michael, across many projects. They always do their jobs incredibly thoroughly and make sure I’m setup for success in my renovation projects.

ProSource is known for working with bigger customers and contractors, but I'm here to tell you that they take good care of their small, non-contractor customers, too. I've worked with them twice now, and I got a good deal and excellent service each time. Each time, they located some very obscure flooring (in rare colors) for me, and made sure that I got it on time and on budget. Shout out to Sarah!
