Apalachee Backhoe & Septic Tank, LLC

We had a new septic system installed for our small townhouse community and were so very pleased with excellent customer service, communication and the job on the installation. They were professional, courteous and thorough. They dug up old tanks and parts, installed a total of 6 new tanks, aerators, etc and upon completion of burial, J J and his crew smoothed out the soil with hand rakes. And to our pleasant surprise they sowed grass seed and covered that with hay. Cannot recommend Apalachee’s J J and his crew more highly.

Ed & Vafan did a great job of pumping out the septic tank. It was a plastic white pipe with a gray plastic lid on it that was installed into the septic tank a few feet away from the main septic tank entrance. Some past septic tank companies were taking a short cut by pumping out of the white pipe instead of digging the dirt off of the nearby flat cement septic tank cover. Only the water was being taken out of the white pipe but not the solid waste which caused the septic tank to fill up quicker.

Quick, friendly, efficient service! The gentlemen that came to my house were friendly and explained everything. They even made sure to replace the solar-light the way they found it after it had to be removed during service. Happy all around.

Came out within a couple hours and pumped the septic tank. Super nice, knowledgeable and efficient.
