From the beginning, this experience was awful. I scheduled a cleaning service for today (Friday, 10/31)Not only did they charge me on Wednesday (they will say “put a hold”) on the $ - 2 days before the scheduled service, then the cleaning “professional” texted me Thur, asking what time I wanted her there. (That day) I figured no big deal, I was already charged, my account can’t go any more negative. She said she would be here in 30 minutes. 2 hours later, she tells me her life story and also adds that she still has to go get cleaning supplies. I told her no, let’s leave it for Friday. Friday morning, I get a text that she’s on her way. An hour later, she’s at the gas station 5 minutes from my house, 30 minutes later she pulls in. This was my very first time ever using a cleaning service and it was amazing! It was super easy to book the cleaning and the communication from start to finish was fantastic. We plan to get on a recurring schedule with them and we look forward to our home always being clean!!!!!😁😁

Cleaners are very nice and great, they pay attention on every small detail and took care of everything, one of the best companies I hired, would call them again 100%
