Apex Drilling for the job done at a reasonable price and in an EXTREMELY timely manner. I made the mistake of taking the word of two other companies who NEVER showed up. I'm thankful I found Apex and I'm extremely thankful for their responsiveness to my needs. Mike had kept me up to date each step of the way. Use then, you won't regret it.

I'm going to give them a 5 star even though they haven't put in my well. Mike came out, and we discussed what was needed to get the rig in place to begin drilling. Mike said it could be sooner than the time he gave me, especially if they have a cancelation. I just feel Apex is a company I can trust. Time will tell.

Can't speak about their expertise in drilling and finding water, but I can tell you that they do not return calls, make promises they don't keep. Agreed to bid for new well in August 2024, told me they were about 6 weeks out. In November 2024 my wife called and spoke to lady at office and she said she would give Mike Becker the message. After several experiences like this, I sent an email to them in May. Our 6 month permit to drill was expiring soon, Mike reached out and agreed to meet us, Monday, March 12. We picked out a drilling site and Mike told me, they could probably start drilling on Friday, he would call me. Never heard from him. Apex Drilling is a great company with great people! They drilled and installed our well from start to finish on our land in Lampasas. Mike was very professional and a pleasure to deal with throughout our entire process. He is so knowledgeable and explained everything for us including ways to save money. Because of a misunderstanding with our builder, Mike even extended a gesture of goodwill and waived a return trip fee that he could have rightfully charged us. He's a good, kind, and honest man. Eva, the office manager is also a pleasure to deal with. She always returned calls promptly and provided top quality and friendly customer service. I’d give all the stars in the Texas sky to Apex if I could!! Originally, Apex patiently helped us troubleshoot a problematic well by diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues and guiding us through suggestions to improve flow and storage options while preparing us that our only real solution was ultimately going to be drilling a new well. We did everything we could until finally, the well was no longer productive or viable. The whole team at Apex helped us navigate - what would have normally been a complex process of obtaining our permit, trying to locate the original owner’s well documents , looking at maps to determine the best location for the new well site and working with us on prepping for drilling.
