He was the only one that came with a ladder for the estimate and got right up onto our roof and did a thorough assessment of the entire roof with pictures. He continued to explain every step of the process including materials. His team is his team and you can tell they have been working together for years! We would highly recommend Apolinar to anyone. We had gotten 5 quotes which were extremely varied. Apolinar did the most thorough inspection and gave us the best explanation of their proposed plan accompanied by over 100 photos. Our slate roof was in terrible condition. As work progressed, Shark posted the work daily so that we could see the progress. His team was neat and professional!
