Appalachian Air Care is AWESOME! They came out and worked on our craw space and what a difference! They were super nice and friendly and the owner was great to work with. He was quick to respond to my phone calls and gave me a price the same day. The work that they provided was way over my expectations!! I recommend Appalachian Air Care to everyone! I had an amazing experience with this company! From start to finish, they were professional, honest, and so easy to work with. Carmen was absolutely wonderful—he went above and beyond to answer all my questions and make sure everything was handled smoothly. The team came out at the exact time my appointment was scheduled, and they were all kind and professional. Unlike some of the HVAC companies I contacted, they didn’t try to overcharge or give me an astronomical price for sanitizing and cleaning my air ducts. Professional and friendly personnel from making the appointment through to the men who did the work. Very responsive from initial call to inquire through reminder texts the morning of my appointment. Impressive before and after videos and pictures, with great post pictures. The men were great with my dog too. I am very satisfied with this company and I would highly recommend.
