Exterior Vinyl Wholesale in Wilkesboro, NC has the WORST Customer Service I have ever dealt with. I have brand new windows that were ordered by a contractor and the were ordered white. My wife and I wanted black. So, I called Exterior Vinyl Wholesale in Wilkesboro, NC to have something done about getting the correct color windows and they would not help me at all. Told me ALL SALES were final. I DID NOT want white windows!! I offered to return them to them, unopened, never installed and swap them for the black and pay the difference. THEY WOULD NOT HELP ME! So now, I am stuck with twelve windows I paid for I cannot use. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! UPDATE: I did not change my mind, I did not sign off on this order. I was not made aware of anything what so ever about no returns
