Call them 1st!! The Gentleman I spoke with took time to pull off the road (poor connection) and help me out with locating my septic tank. He gave me tons of great advice in the span of about 15-mins. Saved me so much time and effort. I can not recommend them enough!

Myers Septic Tank Services are top rate people! They came out on a Saturday for an emergency situation and handled our issue quickly and efficiently. The man that came out was so nice and gave us the best advice he could. He also recommended a plumber and followed up with me to make sure that the plumber had contacted me. Apparently septic clean out does not include shovelling 32 in. of dirt off tank top to open lids to clean out septic rank. . Have to get risers installed if want to facilitate opening of lids for future cleanouts unless you want to shovel it off each time when you want to open lids.

I’ve not yet used their service(they will come tomorrow) but I called on Easter Sunday and they called me back to help me out and told me they could be out the next day. So far very good service!

Called them to come pump septic tank , they said they would be out the next day after lunch 4 days later now still no call no show and won’t answer the phone I got off work early to be home and they couldn’t even call to say that they are not coming out
