They took way too long to "complete " the job and did a horrible job. It still isn't completely done and they left a seam right in the front of my roof. I've been told 14 times someone would come finish my roof only to have nobody show up. Nothing but lies. They ruined my Direct TV dish and promised to pay for it but never did unless you count a check with insufficient funds in the account acceptable. I've never worked with such an unscrupulous company. They recieved full payment 8 months ago and will only deliver empty promises.

The initial consultation was very nice. JT seem like a very nice person he told me just what he would do gave me my estimate, then came out and did the work, it’s been less than one year and so far this is the second time the siding has come off of the house. I am truly disgusted! I can’t get them to return my phone calls I left several messages gotten no response. This is so hurtful and disappointing I have neighbors around me that got Their siding done 10 and 15 years ago and it has never come off their homes, I would not recommend this company to my enemy, Most definitely contacting the Better Business Bureau. JT, Campbell, Amber and Jeremy (Jerkemy) ... 3 clowns looking for a circus to join. Steer clear of these conning comedians who like to play big timers but can't escape the reality of being jokers. They'll tell you anything and tell something different the next day, if they answer the phone. They're a joke. Mr. JT likes to ride around in his pick-up but can't install a simple gutter guard. Nor will he follow-up to ensure an installation has been properly completed. What an outfit.

Joseph Cambell has several company names that he keeps bankrupting and starting new companies. We hired Joseph through Appalachian Exteriors-Inc, one of his other companies, and he took a $12k deposit for materials and then never did the job. We have slowly been trying to collect from him since July 2021. So far he has paid us back $5k but he still owes us $7k. He lies every week and says he will pay another bit back but then last minute he pushes it back more. We just filed a police report. The sheriff told us we are one of many who he has done this to in the area. Check the better business bureau for the other company names he has started and owes people money from. Stay away. Update : ITS BEEN 3 WEEKS & I STILL DONT HAVE MY MONEY FROM THE JOB THAT WAS DONE BACK IN JULY UNACCEPTABLE. See you in court My company did a couple of roof jobs for them , they’re very irresponsible. They gave me a check for 1985 & it bounced back . The last job we did for them was July 08,2021 sent them an invoice and never received my check for 2000. When I was told to pick the check up I drove a hour & half away. Turns out They were all on vacation. Now I’ve been trying to get in touch to pick up my $3,985 that I’m owed As of August 09, 2021 I have not received my money.
