Charged $1847 For a water heater replacement and would not provide an itemized statement he said his company didn’t do that I’ve never Heard of a company that does business like that I would not recommend the services of this company. He would not allow me to buy my own water heater through Lowes. He said he preferred Rheem brand water heaterand then installed a Richmond water heater. He is not trustworthy not reliable and positive reviews must be by his kin folk.

Matt and his crew are fantastic. They plumbed my new home and were the only contractor I new would be there when they said. The price was very fair and the work was top notch. Any issue I had they were there to fix it or advise me of my best option. They are my go to plumber from now on

We highly recommend this plumbing company! They’re very knowledgeable, helpful and provide fast service. We’ve relied on them to plumb an addition on our home and also to replace our hot water heater and water pump in an emergency. Excellent service.

Was told initial service fee was $99 but when they got here they didn’t have the part to fix my issue and had to go get them. When they came back still didn’t have correct parts which was gonna result in another trip. I had another appointment and couldn’t wait Charged me $189 and still didn’t fix the issue and was told the trips to town cost them So I guess I got a trip charge every time they had to leave and come back. Very unprofessional and seems the receptionist and owner aren’t on same page when quoting service fees. When I spoke with owner and voiced my concerns he was very rude Will never do business with them and would not recommend them to anyone The only reason I gave 1 star rating is because there was no 0

Matt is very responsive and reasonably priced. He is a very professional serviceman, he did a great job on our plumbing for us !
