Does your HVAC company go out of its way to service your systems?! My driveway is long and steep and covered in ice due to the last storm, but that didn’t stop my furnace from breaking down! Max was terrific. He arrived early, fixed my problem and got the furnace running- with just a standard service charge. He then installed a new programmable thermostat, which is working great. Throughout, he kept me posted on progress and explained everything well.
