I very seldom leave a review, but I wanted to share my experience with this company. I had contacted, or at least attempted to contact septic companies in the Deep Gap area with no success. They were either too busy, or their timeline was very far out. When I made contact with Wendy she was very understanding of my logistical situation and needs, as the location that I needed service for was a vacation house. She was able to work me in and had one of their service people to go out when I was not there and locate the lids via using a camera. He also discovered some additional issues....a cracked inlet pipe which had led to root intrusion. I re-contacted Wendy and she put me in touch Kregg who is the owner. He took the time to provide additional information on the issues and the repair

Very professional service. We had them service our septic system in the mountains. They were able to locate and clean out the tank. They also provided pictures, videos, and communicated very well. Highly recommend!
