Thank you Michael with Boone Heating and Air. Can’t thank you enough for saving our home. Temperatures are dropping way below freezing and the HVAC quit working. I called Boone Heating and Air at 8:30 on a Sunday morning and they sent Michael who solved the problem and our house is warming up. ❤️❤️❤️ I hat visions of frozen pipes and all the damage that comes from an unwinterized home in a major winter storm. We were not in town so all we could do is watch from afar as the temperature on the remote thermostat continued to drop into the 40’s Michael had several calls today and he kept in touch with us and let us know hen he was on the way. He called once he had the HVAC up and running again and explained what the problem was. We could not be more pleased with it the service.

Outstanding service from Boone Heating & Air. On a freezing, snowy Sunday, we noticed on our app that the heat was dropping rapidly in our second home in Valle Crucis and were worried about frozen pipes. A call to Boone Heating air was promptly answered and a call back from their Tech, Michael assured us he’d get to our house asap. At the end of a very busy day, Michael arrived, diagnosed the issue quickly, and got our heat back up and running. He was professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. An unexpected bonus was learning that because we’re on their service plan, the emergency service call charge was greatly reduced. We are incredibly grateful and highly recommend Boone Heating & Air — especially Michael — for reliable, trustworthy service when it matters most.

Boone is always ready to come to our rescue. Great service. Nathan is our tech and is top notch. Nathan called me at 10:00 PM on Thanksgiving day to say he was on his way to fix our inop furnace…I appreciated his offer but we could last until morning. Nathan came the next day and fixed the system. Great service and Nathan is a pleasure to deal with. Ask for him!

Michael arrived as scheduled and assessed the problem very quickly. He established a course of action and implemented it without hesitation displaying his knowledge and professionalism.
