David Oliver and his son did an amazing job! The prior builder messed up the floors in the pantry. It was wavy and flooring was making sounds because it was not done correctly. David and his son came in took out the flooring, clean up the mess underneath, leveled out the subfloor and relay the flooring down. Now my pantry floors is prefect and even. He also did my carpet on the stairs and did a very professional job! I would highly recommend Oliver Flooring !!! They rate a 10 stars instead of 5 stars. They care about their customers and the job!

David Oliver put carpeting in our master bedroom. We chose him because of the excellent reviews we read. He was knowledgeable about products and choices, and we ended up with a rug we are very happy with. He came to our home and gave us an estimate on the spot. He installed the carpet at a time that we chose and that was convenient for us. He was professional and the completed job is beautiful. I recommend him without reservation. He does the work himself.

What a waste of time. Called Oliver and when finally got him on phone he does do type of wood flooring I have. That by itself would have been no problem. But he quickly advised that his son DOES do pine flooring and he would have his son call me to set up appointment. NOTHING. Called Oliver back after a couple weeks and asked again for his son to call me. NOTHING. By now I had no intention of dealing with anyone with the name of "Oliver" and "Flooring" in the same title so I texted this guy admittedly angry to "thank" him for the great response. This guy is so out of touch with his customers he told me how much he appreciated it - he didn't even recognize how he had failed. If you're looking for any kind of engaged, business relationship with a flooring professional, do yourself
