I recently hired Appalachian Roofing to replace two 40-year-old skylights and four vent pipe boots. I initially contacted them because one of the skylights had started leaking during rain. Since my shingles are fairly old, I also requested a general roof inspection. Miguel came out promptly to inspect both the skylights and the roof. He explained that the roof should still be in good condition for several more years, but recommended replacing the deteriorating vent pipe boots. The estimate he provided was very reasonable and fair. A couple of weeks later, Miguel and his crew arrived as scheduled and completed the job by early afternoon.
