Apple Moving

When moving out my roommate they were specifically instructed not to take anything from the closets of a room and they ended up packing the closet anyway and when told of their mistake they refused to remove the items that were not supposed to be packed. practically they stole my stuff and didn't care. The owner needs to fire these new people. When my house was packed the group was wonderful. These new guys are rude and unprofessional.

Save yourself the frustration and just go with any other company. Several broken items, workers just moved ALL boxes into the garage and then said they heard us say we wanted them there. Workers refused to unpack or assemble anything until we signed their paperwork saying they completed their job. Scratched and banged up walls without any regard. When I confronted them they became hostile. Even the supervisor was disrespectful and unhelpful in any way.

My movers were great! PCSd here from DC, they took great care of all my belongings, no damage to anything. Moved everything up 3 flights of stairs in JUNE. Great attitudes and very efficient.

Two years ago you moved us onto Hurlburt. After your guys swam in my pool, they broke a chase lounge laying it in, they crushed our table speeding through an intersection, stole two pair of sunglasses(claim made by apples office manager), and broke other things. Your repair guy and office manager said to leave the table sit where it was until this is resolved so it’s been outside for 2 years, rotted now. The claims department lowballed us ridiculously, not even being able to replace our dining room table with the money offered. We never received any of the money, no one will return my calls. Terrible business.

This moving company was contracted for our government-funded local move and we were SO so pleased, especially compared to other move experiences we’ve had with different companies. They packed, loaded, and delivered our household goods from our 3 bedroom home all in the same day! They were extremely hard-working and efficient, while still taking great care of our things. Everything was packed nicely and the boxes were labeled very specifically, which has been so helpful in our unpacking process! They never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them by having them do their job, the way other movers in our experience have. I’m not sure if we just got lucky with our crew, or if this is how all experiences with Apple Moving are, but we certainly feel very lucky and thankful. Jacob Bussema,
