Friday evening, cold air began coming out of our vents. I called a company that said they couldn't come out until Monday, but not to worry because "the temps were predicted to be in the 60's this weekend". Not the answer I wanted or liked. We had worked with Apple years ago when we had a larger property, but since they had always done right by us, I called their emergency service line. Not only did they schedule us for THAT NIGHT, but our wonderful tech, Tyler Richard, lived five minutes away and came over as soon as he could! We just had three faucets replaced and the guys (Colin and Chase) did a fantastic job! They arrived shortly before 9am, were polite and efficient and done in just over an hour. We are so pleased with their work and will definitely be using Apple for any future HVAC and plumbing needs!

We used Apple Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning to install a new furnace and heat pump system during our recent basement remodel. The technicians were very competent and welcoming to all of our questions. We had them out again today to inspect the older system, which serves the first floor of our home. The technicians arrived on time, were friendly and knowledgeable, very thoroughly checked our system and were competent in their knowledge. They explained everything, which is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this company, and will continue to use their services anytime they are needed!

Apple Plumbing is the first call I make for any plumbing issue at my home. Most recently I needed to replace both washing machine valves in the laundry area. I called late on a Saturday afternoon and was able to set up an appointment on Monday morning. The person I talked to on the phone was pleasant and accommodating. On Monday morning Sterling called me to let me know that he and Chris were on the way. They arrived at my house in uniform with everything they needed to complete the job. Sterling checked the laundry area, explained to me everything they would be doing, and provided me with the cost before they started working. Apple sent Corey for my garbage disposal issue. Corey arrived and was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He wore booties and cleaned up as he went along discovering the pipe issue and replacing my disposal. He gave me advice moving forward. He took pics to show me and to document what he could see. I would definitely recommend Apple Plumbing and Corey!
