We've been using Pyro Heating and Cooling for a few years now - our house is at that age. Throughout a number of installations and maintenance visits, we have always had really good experiences with everyone in the company. from the courteous and cheerful office staff to the sales people and technicians. Most recently, we were having issues with our air conditioner. Nancy in the front office is friendly, efficient and I get the feeling she really knows what she's doing (I suspect she keeps the place running). She assigned Drew to come out to diagnose our AC issues and he, too, was great. He was friendly, honest, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. Quality workmanship and friendly service keep us coming back to Pyro for all our heating and cooling needs. They recently reworked our duct work and insulated our basement. This made a significant difference in the even distribution of heat in our house. Rusty and Andrew did the work and they were a pleasure to deal with. Called on Pyro again when our sump pump went out. Again their service was excellent. Mitchell was the representative that came to the house this time. He was friendly, considerate and helpful. He checked our installation and went to get a replacement pump. The pump he installed was far superior to the one that a plumber had installed before. I can count on Pyro to send qualified service personnel and install quality equipment. I greatly appreciate that.

We had the pleasure of working with Matt, Rusty and Andrew. Matt sold us our new furnace, ac, and hot water heater. Matt went over all options and helped guide us to the perfect fit for our home. He also discussed different payment options. Andrew and Rusty were our installers and they were very nice and made us feel comfortable. From start to finish the entire process was very smooth and professional. They went above and beyond our expectations! One of the business owners (Dave) also checked on the progress each day. During a routine tune-up, one never wants to hear "you need a new furnace and AC unit." But, it happens. Mike was the ultimate professional in outlining the issues, why new units are necessary and what the options were. Anthony and Brandon came 2 business days later for the install and continued the trend of ultimate professionalism. I asked for early arrival in the day due to my work schedule and they showed up exactly as I requested. They outlined the work to be done and got to work immediately. They were very friendly and kept me up to speed throughout the process. Applegate has been coming to our home since 2020. There has not been one time that we have not gotten good service. The office when calling, the guys coming to the house, always polite, kind, friendly, straight forward, honest, even funny. Always putting booties on their shoes when coming into the house, taking them off when going to the truck for something and putting them back on when coming inside again. I say Thank you for being such a good friendly honest company......not many around anymore who care.
