1st, I rarely leave good reviews. I try to let people know about the jerkoffs and unacceptable local businesses. My dryer screen glitched and I unplugged it etc. and could not get it to work. called a couple places and he was the only one to actually answer the phone. told him my problem and he suggested pressing a few buttons and it solved the problem. what a great guy. instead of coming out and charging me, as most people would have, he is actually a man with integrity which is hard to find these days. I highly recommend him for any of your repairs. he will surely treat you right.

Joel is great. He answered his phone, was prompt on getting my dishwasher repaired, and charged a reasonable fee. I would definitely recommend him and Appliance Alliance OKI.

Joel (Appliance Alliance) was great. He repaired our refrigerator and the work was done correctly the 1st time. We had another appliance repair prior to Joel and the work was not performed correctly. When we were looking for a different company we chose Appliance Alliance because of the 5 star Google reviews. We were not disappointed. No matter the appliance, he will be our go to repair guy in the future.

Joel was able to help us the same afternoon we called. Was able to help get the stacked units of our RV undone and fixed the washer quickly. Highly recommend going with him

Some repairmen show up when they feel like it, don't show up at all,don't let you know if there has been a change of plans, or charge like they are in New York . This gentleman is ALL class. Keeps you informed on when he thinks he can get there.Has very reasonable charges and when its fixed its fixed. Would definitely use him again.
