German is wonderful to work with. He and his crew were efficient & executed our job well. We needed additional help with the front facade, because it was made out of plastic soffit material. Neighbor Metal Roof was the best! His estimate came in considerably below the others with a same or even better quality of materials. They came, worked hard and did an amazing job. We wanted a “red” color and Mr Martinez sought and found samples for us to choose from. Professional, friendly and so fair. We prayed for wisdom in choosing our roofer and Neighbor Metal Roof was an excellent choice. Would recommend to all!

We spoke to three other roofing companies who couldn’t help us. German was on time for the estimate and let us know he could help. He kept me up to date with when the materials would be arriving and when they would be starting the job. From start to finish, it only took them two days to get the job done. They had to completely remove our old roofing materials and replace with metal roofing. When they were finished, the old materials had already been cleaned up and hauled away, and we had a beautiful new roof. I called about a small leak in my workshop and German showed up within 30 min. He did his inspection and offered to make the repairs on the spot! Within a couple of hours my roof is properly fixed and he cleaned up all debris. Very personable and professional! I would use him in the future and recommend him to anyone!! We decided to replace the roof given the number of leaks; it was just worn out. He gave me a very fair price quote and did the job a couple of days later.
