Blue Water Pool and Spa Maintenance has just begun maintaining our hot tub. They have been wonderful! They are reliable and they communicate through email with a picture of what the water in the hot tub looks like when they have completed service. The employees are polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. Bills are emailed so payment is easy. I highly recommend this company!!!!

We used Blue Water for our pool and spa tub service on Oak Island. They did an amazing job for us and were always attentive to our needs. They have expertise on complex pool equipment setups and were able to take care of any issues that came up. They also responded to special requests when we needed them. All in all a very good pool service company with great staff.

After our pool was installed we weren’t sure what was going on with the water and having some stains in the fiberglass so our installer said to get Blue water to come out. We did and they quickly assessed the issue and they solved the problem. Never had the issue again and they have been servicing our pool weekly ever since. Couldn’t be happier with their team and weekly service they provide. Highly recommend them.

Blue Water Pool and Spa has helped maintain our pool for most of the last 10 years. They do a great job maintaining the pool - from opening, weekly cleaning and closing the pool. They are proactive in how they service your pool and if they notice something they bring it to your attention. I have also had them change out the pool lights, sand filter and repaired the pump. They have assisted in selecting a heater and replace that as well. Overall a very nice company to work with all year long.
