I am not only pleased with the Customer Service I have received, I am most impressed with Nick White's consistent delivery of Customer Service. Our first visit from Nick helped us to handle the pest inspection we were hoping to achieve. However, Nick surpassed this expectation with a level of service that reached beyond the "moral minimum." Nick, not only assisted us with setting up a schedule to handle any present and/or future pest visits, he also assisted us with taking time to ensure we would be protected from termites. We have been in Southport for 1-week. This time, as you can imagine, is all-consuming. As such, we recognized an unwelcome odor that permeated the house. The trusting relationship we have built with Nick prompted his return visit to assist us with exploring root-

Tyler West did an excellent job with our quarterly service. He was right on time for our appointment, greeted me and explained all he was doing today. He inquired about issues we may be experiencing and went about his work with great care.

Randy did an excellent job for us. He was quick to analyze the problem and able to complete the job efficiently and thoroughly. I would highly recommend his services to anyone in need of pest/wildlife control.
