Great service, easy to set up an appointment. Just text with questions and the doctor responds quick. This service is very busy so I was happy to get the washer fixed in a few days. Took 3 days to get the computer part. If we have any problems in the future with anything around the house I have this service to call now.

Our LG front load washer was not draining. A quick Google Maps search and Appliance Doctor came up as one of the top search results for my area (West Dundee). Good reviews and a professional web site, which increased my confidence. I called and started to leave a message, but Eugene picked up mid message. I described the problem, he pretty much was sure what it was and told me how much it would cost if it was as we both suspected. I never expected the next: He told me he could come out same day and take a look. Turns out, it was the drain pump as he thought. He had the part and our washer was back up and running same day! Very reasonable price, professional, nice, very prompt, and I could not be happier. Highly recommend!
