Was assigned by my home warranty company. No contact for two weeks despite multiple calls and messages. Scheduled an automated appointment with a no show / no contact. If you can avoid this company do so at all cost. The phone number is some random cell phone, the company address just shows someone’s house. Not professional.
Same as the review before me. Came out to diagnose the problem. Collected my deductible as has sent by the home warranty company. Now wont return calls to either myself or the home warranty even tho he has the parts.
Came out to diagnose problem collected money for service fee then never responded to any calls or text to come back and actually fix the issue. Found company through home warranty I would NOT recommend this company very unprofessional
