I wish I could give 0 stars. He came and diagnosed the issue with my freezer not making ice. Said he was going to order the part and it would take about 2 weeks. 2 weeks goes by and I've called, texted every day for an additional 2 weeks. Called the manufacturer as it's under warranty. They said they would send someone different. Nope. He was scheduled to come today no call no show. Won't answer calls form me or the manufacturer.

Gene is the best appliance repair guy we’ve ever worked with. I think some of the bad reviews are because he tends to not bring on new clients. Yes he has that much repeat business. He has always called me back when I’ve left a message. He’s affordable. Like another reviewer, I hope he never retires.

This is the absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced! There is no return call from the company. Supposedly ordered parts for our brand new LG Thinq washer that has never worked since it was delivered. The technician came to our house looked at it and said needed new computer. We are seeking legal counsel.

He’s the best out there. I am praying he doesn’t retire. Not sure why all the negative reviews. Gene is the best there is and knows what he’s doing. I highly recommend!

Worst in communicating, no respect for time. We reached out many times and over 2 months with still no response to finally fix our appliances, after he came and said he can do it. Completely ghosted us. Find someone else to do your job.
