Could not recommend this place enough! Emergency call made Sunday night led to them quickly calling back Monday morning and scheduling a few days later. With parts in hand, John was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem at a fraction of the price quoted from other companies. We had one company tell us it was over a hundred to just call us and another 60-something to come out and then order parts and prices paid yet to come and install. So we were pleasantly surprised to have a tech come in for 45 minutes and problem solved! He even was super sweet and cleaned out the vent and inside of our dryer. Super super pleased and will be calling back with any other repairs!

Our dryer stopped heating on a Sunday. We called and they returned our call first thing Monday morning. They were able to come out on Wednesday and actually ordered some common parts for our model ahead of time to try and make sure they could fix it. The repair tech John was here for about 45-60 minutes and had us up and running. I had told him I planned to clean the vent after he left and he did it for us just to be helpful. The cost was a lot less than we expected and the service was awesome. Will definitely use them for any needs we have in the future.

I can’t say enough about this place. I’ve used them for years and I have never been disappointed. I had a refrigerator issue today. They went above and beyond to get me in so that way it’s working for the holidays. I would recommend them over and over again! Top-notch work and top-notch service

The warranty we had on our unit sent Appliance Parts & Service Depot out and I am beyond impressed with the service provided. They called promptly and were able to meet around our schedule our unit had more issues than we had anticipated but Jim was very thorough and was able to mitigate our issue! I may have even bothered Jim after hours and he was great at having me troubleshoot the unit to help nail down the issue. Highly recommend this company, very personable, and I felt comfortable the technician being in our home.
