Doug Miller Heating and Cooling

I was unsure who to call when my old gas furnace was going on and off. I saw that Doug Miller Heating and Cooling had decent reviews and I was able to get someone to come out the same day. Kane showed up on time and quickly diagnosed that I had a couple burner tubes dirty and they were not lighting. In less than a half hour, I had consistent heat! Very reasonable pricing for a service call. My dad was a heating and cooling guy and Kane's expertise and friendly manner matched his. I highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs! I'd give them more stars if I could!

My furnace stopped working and I wasn’t sure who to call because a lot of companies just want to get every dollar they can out of you. His crew is very professional and caring. They take the time to diagnose the issue and give you a fair estimate. I will absolutely be calling them back if I need service and you should too.

Today was a hot one! My a.c. went out and I was in a panic due to the fact my elderly mother lives with me. I had called around and Noone had openings and, even got an attitude from one company. Called Doug and he was willing and happy to set an immediate appointment and help me out! Was same day service and the cost had me worried.....but it all cost less than a service call at the other places. I am pleased with the service, promptness, and kindness I received from Doug today! Highly recommended!

I'd give him 10 stars if possible! I recommend Doug Miller and his crew very highly. Doug is a real, honest, super-organized, and extremely responsive person who delivers quality service at a very fair price. He went above and beyond for me in finding a fan for a very old, no-longer-manufactured furnace - and installing it the same day. It's been great ever since. More recently, he troubleshot a quirky central air problem for me that took time and patience and did it all within a week of my original call. Truly excellent company. Call them.
