Great service, Robert was my technician he came out to service my oven. My husband called because my ignitor went on my over and Robert came out the very next day and had my oven up and running in less then 30 minutes. Reasonable pricing.

5 stars! I wish there was an option for 10 stars as that is what Mr Bradford deserves!! My front load washing machine stopped working. We called Mr Bradford on a Saturday evening, he answered his phone and walked me thru some trouble shooting/diagnostics. We had nice chat while the diagnostics were running- it was decided it was the MCU that went bad- he priced one out for me at a local appliance part shop and gave me instructions on how to replace it. Well, lo and behold, easy installation and my washer is back up and spinning! Thank you Mr Bradford! The world needs more people like you! Thank you!!! When do you ever get an appliance repair guy who helps you out over the phone, diagnoses the problem, finds the part and then tells you how to install it yourself (on a Saturday evening!!!!)

Dryer stopped drying, make a call to Robert and He coordinated with me around my schedule to diagnose the issue. Up and running in no time. Service and communication were top notch 👌

Robert is the best. Came out quickly, diagnosed the problem and then fixed it. I won't call anyone else. He is a great guy too!
