When you have a septic system, you need to maintain it in order for it to work properly. Every two years we need to have our system pumped and we have always had positive experiences with Bob Drayton. It has always been very easy to schedule an appointment and the technicians that are sent to the home to perform the service have always been very knowledgeable and friendly. I also like the fact that they call you when they are about a half hour out to let you know that they are on their way. Fortunately, we have never had any issues with our system, but if we were to do so, I would contact them to take care of the problem. I highly recommend this company.

Bob Drayton is absolutely amazing. He came out first thing in the morning in 0-degree weather to help us diagnose and fix a septic issue, and he did it with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. If you need septic work done, he is the person you want to call—truly above and beyond service.

We have been using Drayton for our tank cleanouts since purchasing our home, 9 years ago. Always smooth sailing. However, for our most recent call, we had an issue that needed attention, a HUGE thanks to Helen in the office for being so kind and understanding and Bob for promptly coming out a few hours later. When I called the office they were so helpful, patient, and accommodating. They assisted me immediately which was extremely appreciated as my septic system was backed up while I had an 8 month old with a stomach bug. Bob took his time to narrow down and figure out the problem(s), rectified them and then clearly explained the options of how to proceed. The issues were fixed that day and he was very honest about what I needed and didn’t need which assisted greatly in cost. Thank you so very much and I highly recommend this company.

Bob Drayton Septic Services has taken care of our system for quite a few years. Despite the fact that this is a dirty job the technician is always smiling and happy. I highly recommend them as they are also very efficient and always on time.
